Pmo Analyst Contract = 12 Months
Job Description
This is a 12 months contract assigned to our client
Work Location: To be confirmed Salary Range : $3,500-$4,500
1. To support project management team members which include Managing Directors, Project Managers and Team Leads in the day-to-day operations of the project. 2. Responsibilities may include: (a) resource management (i.e. on/off-boarding, leave tracking) (b) minutes taking at client and team meetings (c) preparation of meeting decks to be sent to client on time (d) tracking of deliverables, working with the Director on financial management (i.e. ensuring accuracy of chargeability) (e) reconciliation of cost variances) (f) liaising with finance teams for billings (g) processing of invoices/raising POs (h) generating reports (i) ensuring the team complies with client data protection (j) initiating and managing process improvements (k) maintenance of project site office facilities (l) coordinating on the daily tasks of the PMO offshore team supporting the project.
