Job Description
Future Grail is a distinguished auction house, museum and vault specializing in high-value timepieces, headquartered in Singapore. We offer expert advice and guidance to watch collectors and investors interested in this new and increasingly-popular new asset class to help them make informed decisions when buying and selling.We have over 200 rare and historically-significant timepieces on permanent display. Our Museum has some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s rarest collections of watches and artifacts dating as far back as 1800.Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Participate in daily stock-take
- Attending to customer\'s sales inquiries on online platforms
- Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding query.
- Form positive relationships and build rapport with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities
- Generate sales invoice
- Tagging and tracking for incoming and outgoing stock
- Any other miscellaneous duties that may be assigned
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level qualification
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail, well-organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
