The Talent
- Familiar with client servicing, compliance, financial review will be helpful
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Basic Excel knowledge such as Pivot/Vlookup will be added advantage
- Ensure due diligence completeness and timely execution of operations initiative/projects;
- Assist to ensures effective operationalisation of initiatives including documentation & obtaining necessary approvals
- Establish Operating model and SOPs (Standard operating procedure)
- Assist Service delivery manager for outsourced vendor management e.g. overseeing monthly reporting, billing etc
- Prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package
