Job Description

As an Operations Assistant in Hong Seh Motors, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative tasks and vehicle movement. Understanding of LTA and Customs process and regulation is a plus.

Ensuring daily scheduled operations tasked are completed Coordination and assist of Vehicles Movement Maintain good rapport with vendors Update and maintaining of vehicle records Preparation of documentations when necessary Support other sales and marketing related initiatives as and when necessary and other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

Valid Class 3 driving license Minimum N or O Level Education Good communication skills and work well with others Team player and self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,800.00 per month
