- Welcome new sign up (Jobseekers) on our digital platform.
- Assist new sign up (Jobseekers) to complete sign up process.
- Direct and assist new sign up (Jobseekers) to job opportunities available on our platform.
- To work closely with Business Development Manager to handle the day to day operational issues.
- To provide customer care services for the members (Jobseekers & Hirers) of our digital platform.
- To analyse the jobs on our platform and provide match making to link up between Jobseekers & Hirers.
- Will be actively using WA, Telegram, Social Media Platform Messaging and Phone Calls to reach out to members.
