Job Description

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of assigned vessels' operations
• Monitor and update vessels movements
• Manage post-fixture activities
• Data entry for vessel 's operation
• Assist with day-to-day chartering activities including fixing of group period charted vessels
• Management of P/L and calculation of the interim port and demurrage for T/C
• Administer all CP's concluded
• To respond to enquiries and follow up
• Maintaining a database of vessel positions,
• Preparing charter parties and other necessary fixture documentation, where required
• Liaise with vessel(s) for smooth operations and voyage optimisation
• Ensure a good understand of market practice and charter party terms for managing the costs exposures.
• Maintain accurate record of Chartering activities.
• Responsible for the Fixture Notes preparation and circulation.
• Confirmation of the compatibility for loading/ discharging port.
• Loading & Discharging operations and stowage planning
• Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the team.
• Support the team for all vessel Operation and Shipping related matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Studies in Oil & Gas or Logistic is advantages.

Information:

• Salary: Up to $5,000 + VB
• Location: Killiney Rd (Nearest MRT Somerset)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, Office hours Somerset
