Castlery is looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to join our Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence TeamIn this role, you will be working with the Operations Teams from Singapore, Australia, and US.With our international markets now contributing most to our group revenues, we are entering a phase of hypergrowth as we seek to firmly establish Castlery as the customers\' furniture lifestyle brand of choice. We are looking for creative and ambitious talents to join our team on this journey.What you\'ll be doing

  • Data Analysis & Process Mapping: mapping operational process and identify improvement areas based on data-backed insights.
  • Assist in Monthly Business Review Preparation and it\'s required deep dives.
  • Facilitate operations improvement and cross sharing workshop as part of the global operations team.
  • Document processes on our Operations Repository and assist in project follow ups.
What you\'ll need
  • Able to conduct data analysis and produce actionable insights.
  • Strong in documentation of process flows.
  • Demonstrate clear documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with Python and SQL advantageous but not necessary.
