Operation Executive (commercial Cleaning)
Job Description
We are looking for a new Operation Executive in the Commercial Cleaning industry
If you are a hands-on leader who take pride in delivering real results and have a passion for our industry, please apply! You will be supported by our energetic office to solve problems on the fly, high autonomy on your daily job arrangement as long as service excellence is ensured.
Location: Islandwide, predominantly in West Singapore. Company Van provided for transport.

Manage cleaning operations across multiple cleaning sites.
Maintain good relations with Clients by addressing feedbacks and frequent communications.
Oversees the recruitment and training of cleaning crew with the support of HQ and on site Supervisor/Team Leader.
Ensure Safety and Standard Operation Procedure are followed.
Assist in Job Design in determining periodic work schedule and manpower for sites.
Skill Requirements:
Good with communication and interpersonal skills (Preferably fluent in multiple languages)
Confidence and Leadership skills.
Class 3 Driving Licence (Able to drive Company provided van)
Relevant experience in the servicing industry (project management, facility services, cleaning operations)
* NITEC or above, able to converse in English, Malay, Mandarin preferred.
