\xc2\xb7 Working hours: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm) / alt. Sat (9am - 1pm)

\xc2\xb7 Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Addressing customer enquiries by providing quotations, shipment updates and invoice bills

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating receipt and record of incoming shipments

\xc2\xb7 Arranging outgoing shipments by booking and liaising with transport providers/carriers/vendors

\xc2\xb7 Preparing customs declaration permits and other necessary documents

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with departments making sure operation runs smoothly

\xc2\xb7 Preparing and filing of shipping documentations

\xc2\xb7 Making sure shipments are expedited smoothly
