Description

In this role, you will provide project management, operations and administrative support to the Department. The scope includes working closely with clinical, nursing, facilities and other operational stakeholders on the ground to take the project(s) through from planning, financial and budgetary assessment, approval to execution, while providing timely status updates along the way. The role would also include secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken by Division of Medicine across all other Clinical Departments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist to plan and implement new services and care models by working with team and/or relevant stakeholders, in alignment with the hospital strategic priorities, to deliver better value and clinical outcome for patients.
  • Collaborate with Clinic Manager to assure smooth operation, including clinical emergency situations \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate communication and liaison for funding and policy related matters.
  • Collect, analyse and track the service standard, KPI and resource utilization for the management\'s review, as well as develop measures and interventions for improvement.
  • Perform procurement process.
  • Maintain good documentation records and practices for the compliance with regulations, accreditation requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide secretariat support to assure that meetings are effectively organized, minuted and followed up
The Requirements
  • Good Bachelor\'s degree from any discipline, with at least 2 - 4 years of experience.
  • Good team collaboration skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders (clinical healthcare professionals, IT vendors, finance, etc.) across different domains.
  • Organised, meticulous individual with good project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to see things through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
