Job Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and operational duties such as import and export documentation, preparing of sales invoice and purchase orders etc.
- Coordiante with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on all shipment matters
- with forwarders and handle all logistics matters;
- Coordinate with Field Service Engineers on working schedule and parts matters
- Update and maintain necessary data and records in BANDS
- Ensure the timeliness and submission of reports to management and/or divisions/departments;
- Min Diploma, prior logistics experience would be an advantage
- 5 days work week Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
- Prepare an updated resume (including your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, reasons for leaving and executive summary etc.) and the expected package.
