To provide operational and administrative support to the team. Your role involves performing clerical duties processing shipping documentations, coordinate with distributors and HQ. Important Details includes: Detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Perform administrative and operational duties such as import and export documentation, preparing of sales invoice and purchase orders etc.
Coordiante with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on all shipment matters
with forwarders and handle all logistics matters;
Coordinate with Field Service Engineers on working schedule and parts matters
Update and maintain necessary data and records in BANDS
Ensure the timeliness and submission of reports to management and/or divisions/departments;
Job Requirements
Min Diploma, prior logistics experience would be an advantage
5 days work week Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
