Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Transportation (Freight Forwarding)
- Position Title: Operation Executive
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM- 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,100 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits + Group Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
- To communicate efficiently with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments.
- Handling of import and export shipments (Shipping/ Air and Ocean Freight/Logistics Distribution)
- Ensure proper coordination of all shipments.
- Handling of shipment clearance, billing, and permit declaration.
- Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Min 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Good PC and office skills.
