Responsibilities:
Working with other department to manage cargo movement, manage schedule based on supply and demands needs
Maintain good relationships with external stakeholders
Generate invoices and follow up with suppliers
Issue, review of trade confirmations/contract/ LC
Liaise with external parties to ensure smooth operation and meet statutory regulations
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
