JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Roster planning
Prepare monthly service report
Handle customer queries
Management of staff attendance and well-being
Management of Toolstore including the followings:
- Manning of tool store front counter - Maintaining serviceability of tools - Monitor and maintain consumables and expendables at counter (vending machine issuance monitoring and provisioning) - Adhering to current processes in place while performing the required roles - Identify defective or damaged tools and initiate reporting processes in timely manner
Assist in any other matters
JOB REQUIREMENTS
\'O\' Level, NITEC/ Diploma in Logistic or Supply Chain Management with 1 - 3 years of Warehouse Management / Logistics operation experience
Experience in managing tool crib & staff
Experience in Tool Load System will be advantageous
