Our Client, one of the largest private healthcare group in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Operation Executive.

Summaries:

• Location: Lavender
• Working Hour: 5 days including weekends, 2 shifts
• Healthcare sector

Responsibilities:

• Establish standard operating procedures, and be ready to address deviations from established standard operating procedures and escalations as necessary
• Develop a framework of KPIs for the various stakeholders.
• Identify areas of efficiencies within the current workflows, propose the appropriate recommendations and execute accordingly
• Perform and support any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
