Looking for Banking Operation ManagerPrincipal ResponsibilitiesReporting to business delivery lead and Team Lead, Investment services, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of end-to-end systems and data migration for Investment Services.

• Support the business and project team in managing and completion of project milestones.
• Keep business and project team up-to-date on project related issues, matters and resolutions in a timely manner.
• Work collectively with members of Investment Services team and project manager to engage key system SMEs, understanding system behaviors and help gathering and transforming information into future model and processes.
• Support consolidation of business requirements and engage in business analysis process to ensure all business requirements are captured and addressed.
• Review function specifications document against business requirement document to ensure coverage was properly done.
• Prepare UAT test cases based on operations scenarios in production for business delivery lead and owner review and sign off.
• Sound knowledge and manage UAT life cycle through engaging in UAT execution, working collectively with Investment Services users and project team in defects reporting and resolution, to complete the UAT with quality and standard.

The Talent

• University graduate with 6 to 8 years\' experience in Investment Operations/services within the insurance industry with key focus on project management and UAT management.
• With proven experience in system replacement/enhancement projects.
• Prior knowledge in End User Computing setup and management.
• Ability to navigate data and process flows.
• Ability to work under pressure as well as tight deadline.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload while working in an agile manner and deliver quality output.
• Strong stakeholders\' management skills.
• Strong risk and control mindset.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA or macro.
• Strong data management skillset and knowledge.
• Well versed in tools such as but not limited to Microsoft Visio, Jira etc.
