Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the entire food services operations and handle any operational related matters.
2. Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, plans and cost saving practices.
3. Develop SOPs and training material for operations and promotional campaigns.
4. Guide service staff to handle customers’ complaints.
5. Implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet sales target.
6. Participate in audits to ensure company standards for operations, food quality, outlet hygiene and workplace safety are met.
7. Work closely with respective Area managers to ensure that the deployment of manpower effectively serves.
8. Support outlets to remedy defective equipment and store build.
9. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
