Job Description

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and manage a team of 3 marketing executives. Their head office is located in the West of Singapore.

As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

. Being in charge of all the marketing and branding planning and activations within the different point of sales to increase market shares

. Analyzing the consumers behaviors and competitors in order to create new initiatives, product conceptualization, launch and evaluation to stay competitive

. Controlling budgets, sales forecast and put in place solutions in case of discrepancy

. Managing the communications portion from digital and social media, PR, events, conferences in collaboration with agencies

. Working closely with different teams such as sales, logistics

. Presenting to top management strategic plans for mid to long term

The successful applicant must have

. A degree in business or any related field

. 6 to 8 years of brand management in Food industry in Singapore, ideally from food service brands

. Able to work in the West of Singapore

. Great communication and organization skills as you will work with many stakeholders and need to take decisions rapidly for different projects

. A passion for branding and marketing field, a confidence and self-motivation to do your job well and a drive to work towards a common goal.
