The

Personnel Manager

is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and human resource practices within the organization. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and compliant with employment laws and company objectives. The Personnel Manager supports recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data) in compliance with legal requirements. Facilitate employee training, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and employment standards. Advise management on organizational policies, compensation, and benefits. Foster a positive working environment that supports high employee morale and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in HR or personnel management roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations or systems management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, and system administration. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
