The Personnel Manager supports recruitment, onboarding, employee welfare, training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll data) in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:
