• Plan, direct and coordinate all organization’s operations.

• Responsible for improving operational performance, productively, efficiency

• Ensure all working procedures are correct, cost effectively and timely manner in alignment with specification and quality requirement.

• Inventory level planning and Warehouse management.

• Providing a leadership support function to Customer Service Team to achieve production goals

• Implement of any new policies and procedures relating to the operational process

• Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.

• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, making necessary adjustment

• Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends.

• Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results

• Office Operational management to ensure Safety and BizSafe requirement.
  

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Logistics Mgt/Supply Chain;

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in team management. Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage;

• Proven track record in customer service;

• Strong people management communication skills, with seniority as well as subordinates in Singapore as well as HQ.

• Hands-on and a positive attitude;

• Technically independent with good initiative;

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solution
