Campus Operation Manager, GHR Learning & Development, OCBC CAMPUS - (2200016L)

We are looking for someone passionate in Learning & Organisational Development Operations to join the OCBC campus team!

Specific Responsibilities:
You will join the Operations team within OCBC Campus to deliver operational excellence and support the strategic Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives. You will also leverage data, technology and digital tools as core enablers to optimise and enhance processes, in order to create a high-performing future-ready organisation.
Learning Operations

  • Determine operational’ needs and infrastructure capabilities to support new and existing L&OD initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation and operation of technology solutions to L&OD needs, including managing resources and budget.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of processes against objectives, operational standards, user needs, and recommend improvement.
  • Establish operational excellence through effective delivery of L&OD services, keeping customer experience at the heart of the delivery, in a cost-efficient manner.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Responsible for data collection and reporting which entails working collaboratively across teams to gather and clarify data inputs.
  • Monitor and analyse efficiency data, e.g. meeting SLAs within turnaround time, budget versus expenditure utilisation and identify opportunities for enhancement to processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

Key competencies & traits
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, possessing strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across Teams and Divisions.
  • Ability to use data for statistical analyses to generate insights and recommendations for learning practices. Going beyond data analyses to communicating outputs accurately and succinctly to stakeholders using clear data visualisation techniques.
  • Ability to connect the dots to develop a deeper appreciation of key issues and exercising good judgement to provide sound recommendations.
  • Project management skills in planning and managing projects to meet its desired outcomes; and ensure alignment of project to business objectives within agreed parameters of cost, schedule and scope covering development, implementation and/or maintenance.
  • Enjoy experimenting with ideas to improve work processes while managing risks and mitigating the potential impact of change on day to-day operations.
  • Having a service-oriented mindset and focus on delivering a seamless user and employee experience when improving work processes and initiatives.
  • Comfortable working on both the business-as-usual as well as new areas of work that does not have clearly defined scope.

Professional Experiences
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR or Learning Operations
  • Qualification and/or certifications in project management, process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean accreditation)
Other traits:
  • Resourceful and ability to multi-task
  • Meticulous and have attention to details
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
