Specific Responsibilities:
You will join the Operations team within OCBC Campus to deliver operational excellence and support the strategic Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) initiatives. You will also leverage data, technology and digital tools as core enablers to optimise and enhance processes, in order to create a high-performing future-ready organisation.
