• Reporting directly to the management, this role ensures SOPs are enforced and maintained across all outlets.
• Hiring, mentoring and leading all front of house staff, and setting the right example at all times
• Ensure outlets are always kept presentable; doing opening/closing, replenishing supplies, replacing wear and tear items, managing inventories and controlling costs
• Feedback and work with management to resolve outlet issues
• Soliciting customer feedback, giving recommendations to customers, and resolving any customer issues/complaints in a professional and pleasant manner
• Presenting accurate month-end reports to management
• Working with the marketing team to ensure promotions and products are executed correctly
• Ensuring outlets meet their weekly/monthly targets, with P&L responsibilities, including identifying growth areas
• Sourcing, liaising and negotiating with contractors and suppliers
• Provide top-notch customer service, handling any complaints in a professional manner, and in line with company expectations
• Responsible for check and balance at end of each business day and month
• Keeping management and finance/HR up to date with developments, invoicing, staffing etc.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience, with 5 years in a similar management role
• Knowledge of wine pairing, bar/ cocktail preparation, inventory management and cost control is essential
• A hands-on individual, with initiative, high integrity and great attitude
• Possesses emotional maturity, and passion for customer service
• Presentable and professional outward appearance
• Able to be strict, and enforce discipline
• Excellent command of English
• Class 3 (auto) vehicle licence essential, with minimum 5 years driving experience
• Trustworthy, looking to build a career, and grow with the group long term
• Able to work evenings and weekends
• Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution
• Well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, Adobe PDF

• Experience running a profitable bar or restaurant setup, across multiple outlets
• Strong leadership qualities, maturity, initiative, and self-motivated . A hands-on attitude is a must.
