Job description To ensure the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly, compliance to quality & safety standards and the expenses are within the budget Drive operations & warehousing efficiencies to maximize output and reducing operation cost without compromising on products quality Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices To establish and maintain good relationship with authorities and other related government offices Responsible for the management & implementation of Capex projects and the maintenance of equipment, trucks and warehouse facilities Develop staff resources at sites to ensure the objectives are delivered on time, on budget and to the agreed quality standards Review subordinates' monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) report & proceed necessary adjustment if needed Any other duties assigned from time to time by the ManagementRequirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Science / Production / Warehousing / Inventory Management or equivalent At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experience in handling corrosive chemicals and bulk cargoes would be added advantages Knowledge/experience of working in a chemical industry and/or distribution environment would be added advantages Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Willing to work at Tuas 5.5 days work week
