Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the Restaurants, working hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef
Ensure that the Restaurant is delivering on revenue and profit targets
Ensure that the Restaurant deliver convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced
Drive continuous improvements to the Restaurant to achieve operational excellence
Drive marketing and public relations initiatives consistent with the Restaurant’s brand positioning
Conduct scheduled training and on-the-job coaching to develop each team member
Drive the culture of the Group and ensure that team members apply the Group’s core values
