You will be responsible for driving sales by establishing relationships with customers and assisting in promoting & marketing the club on a daily basis. Applicants must present strong social skills, be well groomed, outgoing, polite, hospitality experience, tolerant and dressed to impress! Duties: Ensure all rules and regulations, health and safety standards are met. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the nightclub. Ensure that the nightclub is a safe environment for customers Keep a record of any free or discounted drinks when applicable. Maintain and monitor cash flow, handling bank deposits and overseeing accounting procedures Implement and manage the promotions for the club and create simple marketing materials to attract more customers and revenue. Make use of social media platforms and broadcast promotions to gain exposure Ensure club has enough stock for its business hours. Submit and plan orders for all necessary products Requirements: Minimum 5 years of operations knowledge in the club/bar industry Excellent understanding of financial statements . Ability to analyse trends Detail-minded with excellent problem solving and negotiation skills Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels Great soft skills
