Co-ordinate Production Works and assist Operations Manager to supervise the daily workflow in the production area.
Plan production schedules and forecast and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Analyze material flow and utilize production techniques to manage the planning of production schedules.
Close coordination with inter-departments to resolve issues.
Ensure hygiene standard, SOPs are met in the production area.
Ensure a healthy inventory.
Identify problem\'s root cause and rectify with an action plan.
Identify any unsafe conditions and unsafe work practice in the production site.
To prepare and review the Risk Assessment for hazards in the production site.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
Generate and prepare reports.
Generate and prepare monthly Costing for production.
General Administrative tasks.
Other ad-hoc duties as designed.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ NiTEC or Diploma/ Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma in any field with 5 year\xe2\x80\x99s work experience in food industry preferred.
Required Language(s): English, Mandarin (Required to co-ordinate with Chinese speaking associates
Able to start work immediately
Team player with strong work ethics, initiative, strong communicating and negotiating skills and ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
