Operation Manager
Job Description
1. 1.1. Overall in charge of the Company\'s operation in business, production, safety, and quality to carry out steel, piping, and machinery works for ship repair, shipbuilding, and offshore project. 1.2. Preparing, updating, and monitoring operational procedures, work methods, and instructions. 1.3. Planning, scheduling, and controlling for business, production, safety, and quality. 1.4. Chairing weekly business and production meetings. 1.5. Chairing monthly safety and quality committee meetings. 1.6. Submitting monthly planning & arrangement and monthly completion report. 1.7. Coordinating and organizing the workers and supervisors to accomplish all works according to the contracting schedule and production budget. 1.8. Solving problems from business, production, safety, and quality from time to time.
2. Requirements 2.1. Minimum of Poly education in Marine / Engineering / Ship Repairing and Building. 2.2. At least 20 years of working experience in ship repair, shipbuilding, and offshore project. Perfectly shipyard senior manager working experience. 2.3. Good application knowledge of computer software, i.e. Microsoft Office programs.
