Responsibilities :

Carry out business development / marketing role for project development and follow-up.
Maintain up-to-date company project marketing literature, capability data and project experience list.
Identify potential projects suitable for tendering.
Lead in preparation of tender/proposal by drawing on resources from within the company or from external resources.
Attend pre-bid and post-award clarification meetings as required.
Liaise with clients to ensure project scope is well defined and manage client expectations.
Liaise with all relevant parties to resolve project issues where applicable.
Ensure proper utilization of resources (including engineers).
Ensure staff development is aligned to the business / project needs.
Review and approval of any new asset and PR.
Ensure timely deliverables.
Oversee workshop operations, manpower requisition and etc.
Review job procedures where applicable.
Ensure all projects / operations are in compliance to the client HSE requirements and Dialog HSE policies.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry
Able to work under demanding condition during project and as a team and individual independently
Willing to work at project site / Jurong Island
