About the Role

We are looking for two dedicated Operations Executives to join our Inbound Travel team -- one handling Group Travel Operations and another focusing on FIT (Free Independent Traveller) bookings.


Both roles involve coordinating with overseas partners, local suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel experiences for our inbound clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Group Travel

Handle all inbound group tour arrangements including hotels, transport, meals, sightseeing, and tour guides. Liaise with overseas agents and local suppliers for bookings and confirmations. Prepare tour documents such as vouchers, rooming lists, and final itineraries. Manage amendments, special requests, and last-minute operational changes. Assist on-ground during group arrivals, departures, or key events when required to ensure smooth coordination. Coordinate with tour leaders and guides to ensure seamless tour execution.

Inbound FIT (Free Independent Traveller)

Manage day-to-day inbound FIT operations, ensuring all travel arrangements run smoothly. Coordinate with transport providers, driver-guides, for timely confirmations and service delivery. Handle the company's hotline (24/7 while the guest is on the ground). Need commit on weekends / public holiday - Shift Work Monitor booking status and supplier performance to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. Develop and refine operational procedures to improve productivity and service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Identify operational gaps and propose practical solutions for improvement. Collaborate closely with internal teams and overseas agents to deliver seamless travel experiences. Prepare regular reports and provide insights for operational enhancements. Perform ad-hoc duties and provide support during peak periods as assigned.

What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in logistics management and operations management Need commit on weekends / public holiday - Shift Work Able to handle night hotline Strong knowledge of logistics and operations processes Proficient in timeline management and ensuring timely delivery of services Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications Entry Level candidates or new to workforce with the right attitude will also be considered.
