& Requirements
Management of feedback from multiple channels (e.g. digital and traditional platforms) estimated to be about 80 to 100 cases per officer per month;
ii. Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties (e.g., Authority\'s external contractors, managing agents, HDB town councils and other government agencies) required to address the feedback;
iii. Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions;
iv. Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes;
v. Conducting onsite surveys;
vi. Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site
vii. Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies;
Monday to Friday : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM
Salary Range
$2,700 - $2,800
