Position: Operation Officer
Work Location : Dairy farm(Near Botanic Garden), Singapore.
Working hours : Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Salary: $2800 per month
:
. Management of feedback from multiple channels
. Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required
to address the feedback.
. Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.
. Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for
enforcement purposes.
. Conducting onsite surveys.
. Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs),
public and pet owners on site
. Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback,
including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.
Job Requirement :
. Diploma in any fields.
. Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.
. Willing to work in an outdoor environment.
. Team player with initiative, drive and good
interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
