The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with machining solutions company, specializing in oilfield equipment. The CEO is seeing high potential growth in O&G sector and looking for few strategic hiring to be based in Singapore. The company has strong talent retention in PMET and skilled workers; hence, creating high trust and continual business opportunity with key business accounts.The Job:

• Supervise the operations of the machining department, overseeing supervisors, programming teams, and machinists to align with production schedules.
• Drive productivity while adhering to planned costs, ensuring adherence to customer specifications for quality and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Assist the sales team by offering competitive manufacturing hours for customer quotations.
• Maintain cleanliness on the production floor, oversee equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards.
• Mentor and enhance the skills of supervisors, machinists, and technicians.
• Optimize machine, tool, and manpower utilization to meet production targets efficiently.
• Provide effective leadership to the production team to attain annual key performance indicators (KPIs), business objectives, and targets.
• Present proposals to management aimed at enhancing productivity and operational efficiency in the production area.
• Foster collaboration with other departments, addressing day-to-day matters as necessary.

The Talent:

• Minimum 8 years\' work experience in oilfield manufacturing, precision engineering and machining industries
• Strong machining process for O&G product. Confident to handle high value inconel and alloy material for specific product customization
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skill. Promote diversity, equality and inclusion culture
• Competent to work with high performing and skilled team
