Job Description
s:
- Develop NPI builds and ensure product transition to product according to specific cost, quality and capacity goals to satisfy customer\'s demand.
- Align with customer to achieve both internal team and customer\'s target.
- Liaison between customer and internal team to achiece mass production goals.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners on material availability, capacity readiness and transition plans.
- Optimise supply chain and accounting on risk management, adjustment and forecast according to changes in schedule or demand.
- Opportunity to be expat based 85% deployment in China and 15% deployment in India sites.
- Bachelor\'s in Engineering or Science.
- Knowledge in manufacturing proces is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to distil complex issues and analysis into simple, structured frameworks with action plans.
