Operations Support:
1. Standby to substitute Center Managers at each of the UClub Centers when
required.
2. Perform Operational tasks as instructed by Management in connection with Center
Operations including but not limited to:
o Plan and coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative procedures
and systems and devise ways to streamline processes to enhance service
standards to members.
o Ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information within the team to
facilitate business operations within the centre and/or other centres (if
required).
o Manage schedules and deadlines assigned by the Management.
o Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with
attention to budget constraints.
o Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
o Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and vendors / contractors
(if required).
o For any issue relating to the facilities follow the checklist in the handbook.
o To monitor and report any issue in the facilities at the centres.
o Organize and supervise other office essential and centre activities (recycling
efforts, renovations, event planning etc.).
o Ensure operations are in line with Company policies and regulations.
o Keep abreast of all organizational changes and business developments.
o To assist the Operations Manager (OM) to take care of the facilities and
topping up any office supplies, if required.
o To interact with members / visitors.
o To assist in the gatherings and events for members, if required.
o To provide quick solution(s) and answer queries by the members / visitors.
o To follow up all the sales leads for Non-Workstation (NWS).
o Proactively connect and nurture Non-Workstation (NWS) leads and drives
toward our sales objectives.
o Additional duties or special assignments as directed by management,
demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success.
Sales Support:
1. Answer and reply sales leads from sales phone line, WhatsApp, and contact email,
and or other sources as applicable.
2. Organize the sales lead tracker, and coordinate with Center Managers for follow-up.
3. Follow-up on Sales Leads if and when required
