Job Scope: * Providing leadership in a team environment to achieve organizational goals Manage the workflow and training of new employees and monitoring the staff overall work performance and job s Job Scope: Providing leadership in a team environment to achieve organizational goals Manage the workflow and training of new employees and monitoring the staff overall work performance and job satisfaction Understand the operation and technical expect of the machines and timeously report back to management should there be any issue Liaise with the Manager on a daily basis regarding current tasks and assist in the planning of future tasks Controlling costs through continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste, improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor and improve operation efficiency and report staff operation and absenteeism to the Management Actively promote Health and Safety, and report any breach directly to the Management Work with members of other teams as required. Ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the Management Other duties as assigned Job Requirement 2 - 3 years of similar working experience in the same industry is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google GSuite set of tools Patience with good communication skills and organizational skills Able to work independently Able to supervise staff and lead the team Honest and reliable Use own initiative and be proactive Meticulous and good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
