Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor / Shipping Coordinator/ Customer Service/ Shipping Officer / Operation Executive to handle and prepare import (Permit Declaration) and export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea Freight)

What Will You Do

\xc2\xb7 Handle and prepare import and export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea Freight)

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with forwards agents, clients and warehouse department.

\xc2\xb7 To make sure clients goods send be on time and send billing of the invoices.

\xc2\xb7 Responsibility for client\'s inquiry such as track and trace shipments

\xc2\xb7 In charge for administration matters relating to the Air and Sea operation set up

\xc2\xb7 Handling Dangerous Goods/Hazardous substances.

\xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc arrange by supervisor.

What Do We Want

\xc2\xb7 Min. Diploma and above in logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 At least 2-3 years of relevant shipping experience

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of MS Excel, Words, PortNet/ Tradenet, inventory system and control of documents.

\xc2\xb7 Must pass the competency text

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in handling shipping documents and familiar with INCOTERMS

\xc2\xb7 Have customer service skills.

\xc2\xb7 Have knowledge in SDS (Safety Data Sheet), HS code and Strategic Goods Control preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Possess own Permit Declaration ID is an advantages
