About the Operations Support Manager Role:
Direct an administration department, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies for a designated business division. This includes managing outlet facilities maintenance and collaborating with a separate department (such as Asset & Property) on shop renovation matters. Analyze daily business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose new methodologies to enhance efficiency, support, and controls. The objective is to drive continuous business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and partial accounting functions for the Business Division, guaranteeing adherence to company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Direct your team in overseeing maintenance of Direct Shop facilities and equipment, ensuring functionality for smooth business operations.
  • Spearhead shop construction and renovation projects, ensuring completion within timelines and managing project costs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department to review, plan, and manage controllable expenses across all direct shops, maximizing business profitability.
  • Identify administrative gaps, develop proposals to close those gaps, and implement proper controls.
  • Participate in or lead special projects entrusted by management, including IT projects and new shop concepts, to support business growth.
  • Coach and guide your team to ensure proficiency in assigned tasks, fostering efficient support for the Division.
  • Source, coordinate, and manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet established work standards.

  • 5 years of experience in administration, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Diploma or above in facilities management or relevant discipline
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quick decision-making.
  • Competent in multi-tasking.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Competent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient understanding of Food & Beverage Management principles.
  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to construction sites.
