Job Description
Our client is a well-established asset management firm, looking for an "ODD specialist" for their portfolio solutions team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Reporting Line: Senior Compliance Manager
Working Location: Central Singapore
- Conduct Operational Due Diligence (ODD) of new and existing managers/funds across public and private markets strategies.
- Review and document qualitative and quantitative assessments of fund managers\' operations, controls, risks, ongoing news and developments.
- Participate in and lead calls and onsite meetings with senior fund personnel, service providers and other related parties.
- Review audited financial statements, regulatory filings, fund documents and background checks.
- Identify and analyse impact and provide prompt, relevant advice to the business. Resolve issues in a professional, tactful and timely manner.
- Write ODD reports and present analyses to senior management and governance committees for approval.
- 3 to 5 years\' relevant work experience in investment operations, compliance audit or similar fields.
- Experience in coding would be a plus.
