: We are looking for an Operational Manager for our Chinese Bridal Studio which is based out in Singapore (Jalan Besar)

As an Operational Manager for a Chinese bridal studio, your responsibilities would encompass overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the studio\'s day-to-day operations to ensure its smooth functioning and success. Here are some key responsibilities you might have: * Staff Management: Training, and supervising staff members, including bridal consultants, makeup artists, photographers, and other supporting personnel. Ensuring that the team is well-equipped to handle the needs of clients effectively.

  • Customer Service: Maintaining a high standard of customer service to create a positive experience for clients during their interactions with the bridal studio. Addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory of wedding gowns, accessories, makeup products, and other studio materials. Ensuring that the inventory is well-stocked, organized, and regularly updated to meet the demands of clients.
  • Financial Management: Managing the studio\'s budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring that financial targets are met. Working to optimize costs while delivering quality services.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential customers and increase brand visibility. This might include online and offline advertising, social media presence, and partnerships with wedding-related businesses.
  • Vendor Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to source the best quality products and services at reasonable prices. Negotiating contracts and managing vendor agreements.
  • Scheduling and Bookings: Overseeing the booking process and appointment scheduling to optimize studio usage and ensure that appointments are efficiently managed.
  • Event Management: Coordinating bridal events, fashion shows, and promotional activities to showcase the studio\'s offerings and attract new customers.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that all services provided by the studio meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Regularly reviewing customer feedback and implementing improvements based on their suggestions.
  • Compliance and Legal Matters: Ensuring that the bridal studio complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. This might include health and safety regulations and data protection laws.
  • Trend and Industry Awareness: Staying up to date with the latest bridal fashion trends, industry developments, and customer preferences to keep the studio competitive and relevant.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Crisis Management: Being prepared to handle unexpected situations or emergencies that may arise in the studio, such as customer complaints, staff issues, or equipment malfunctions.

Salary 50-50 Profit sharing Model (Lets discuss in detail during interview)

Work Timings: 10am to 8pm SGT
