Job Description

Main Responsibilities

:-



Coordinate with Operations Team for daily attendance updating, work schedule reports and documents submission Source for potential products and follow up with purchase order process Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Variation Order Provide administrative support to Operations Team Maintain up-to-date records and filing Perform any other Admin duties assigned

Requirements:-



GCE 'N' or 'O' level / Higher NITEC In Business Study Proficient in MS Office Application Outgoing with positive attitude Team Player Meticulous in documentation Preferably staying in the eastern area * Candidates who are more experienced may be considered for more senior role
