About Our ClientOur client is a leading real estate company, with a global presence spanning residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure the department operates efficiently, remains up-to-date, and maintains accuracy.
  • Perform sourcing and purchasing tasks.
  • Prepare invoices, enter data, and submit regularly scheduled reports.
  • Coordinate paperwork related to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services, and other operational processes.
  • Assist in documenting renovation works and reinstatement cases.
  • Help with tenant dealings and correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including liaising with authorities on administrative matters.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor\'s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities administration
  • Proactive and able to multi-task
  • Good organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Location at the west
