Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Prepare and submit monthly fault call reports to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Plan, schedule, coordinate the service and maintenance activities.
Handle security clearance submissions.
Update and maintain records of service and maintenance activities.
Monitor and manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals, compliance, and service deliverables.
Attend bi-monthly or quarterly meetings and record minutes for tracking and follow-up.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.
