Job Description

Manage incoming fault calls. Prepare and follow up on quotations. Prepare and submit monthly fault call reports to customers, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Plan, schedule, coordinate the service and maintenance activities. Handle security clearance submissions. Update and maintain records of service and maintenance activities. Monitor and manage customer maintenance contracts, including renewals, compliance, and service deliverables. Attend bi-monthly or quarterly meetings and record minutes for tracking and follow-up. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.


Requirements



Diploma in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience in service coordination, maintenance planning, or operation administrative support are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally during client meetings when required. Able to handle sensitive documentation and clearance processes with discretion and accuracy. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. * Training will be provided.
