Responsibilities
Update and manage systems applications, attendance database, and products data processing.
Run production meeting reports daily.
Reconcile SAP hours for unprocessed hours and missing hours, amend ring in ring out timing, training, and DCI hours, change shift code, review abnormal clocking.
Support company transformation in Smart Factory and Operational Excellence implementation. (E.g., follow up on action items closure)
Support procurement administration in RFQ, RFA, PR and follow up on PO release.
Submit and manage visitor clearance requests.
Work with various external and government agencies. (E.g., radiation license renewal and external trainings)
Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials for Operations
Support Employee Engagement activities.
Organize events, schedule meetings and travel arrangements where necessary
Manage monthly office inventory.
Participate in the EH&S programs and take personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/ NITEC in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
Min 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, administration or collaboration experience in driving transformation or process improvement.
Hands-on in using Microsoft Office to update and process data.
Detail oriented, well organized with good prioritization skills.
Understand lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
Knowledge in software application (Qlik Sense, Prosoft, SAP) is a plus.
Knowledge in Aerospace, Industry 4.0 or Technology Transformation is a plus.
