Job Description

. To liaise with Customer Experience (CE) team on pre-orders (flight changes and other requests) . To process pre-orders returns . To assist in de-listings and new listings . Investigation of CCVRs . To liaise with Customer Experience (CE) team on pre-orders (flight changes and other requests) . To process pre-orders returns . To assist in de-listings and new listings . Investigation of CCVRs from cabin crew . Plan monthly roster for staff at ICC1 . Processing payroll . Ordering of dry stock, office supplies, key changes, pantry and other items related to operations . To liaise with vendors for maintenance of facility and equipment at ICC1 . Assisting with crew commission . Provide monthly KPI report . Processing IDs and security clearance for new staff and visitors. Also handles exit paperwork for staff . Maintaining petty cash and invoices . Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements . Diploma preferably . Results-oriented, confident and resourceful . Able to work independently . Good communication and interpersonal skills .Working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
