Operations Administrator (1 Year Contract)

Job Description


& Requirements Operations Administrator will assist and support the operations department with administrative matters. The goal is to ensure that the administrative support enables operations to run smoothly and effectively. What you\'ll be doing:

  • Handle and record of daily courier of documents to vendors, customers, bank, and other parties
  • Check and record courier receieved and handing over to correct party
  • Data entry into operations system
  • Checking of shipping documents prior to submission for signatures and sending to bank
  • Record Bank data and produce reports for analysis purposes
  • Printing, checking and managing of Original Bill of Lading
Minimum requirements:
  • GCE \'O\' Level or higher
  • Administrative experience is an added advantage

  • Able to work independently in a demanding and fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated, responsible, team player and stable
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills on an individual and group basis
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office Word, Powerpoint, Excel
