The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of client documentation, uphold data quality and compliance standards, and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Client Data Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate
account opening application forms and documentation
as part of the client onboarding process.
Perform
change maintenance reviews
related to KYC updates, including changes in structure, beneficial ownership, or authorized signatories.
Process
account updates and maintenance requests
, such as address changes, ID/passport updates, and account blocking/unblocking.
Monitor and manage
outstanding documentation issues
in
CRM systems.
Participate in
internal projects and working group discussions
to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure all tasks are completed
accurately, securely, and within agreed timelines
, in adherence to
data privacy
and internal compliance standards.
Handle
ad-hoc tasks and assignments
as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
2-3 years' relevant experience
in client onboarding, data management, or operations within banking/financial services.
Strong
attention to detail
and high degree of accuracy in document handling and data entry.
Excellent
organizational & communication skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
.
Strong
analytical and evaluation abilities
with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of
Avaloq system
will be an advantage.
