Responsible for compiling and reviewing documentation prior to Leasing deals being funded
Responsible for compiling documentation and reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with business approvals, in line with our business procedures.
Work on documentation; interface with legal counsel and business line partners.
Individuals should have some level of knowledge of leasing documentation acquired through experience in a leasing environment.
Work with Credit, Legal, Finance and Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements and ensure transactions and processes meet required policy standards.
Responsible for monthly reporting functions and assist in Audits.
The Talent
Minimally 2-3 years of related administrative/leasing ops experience in a bank or financial institutition is preferred
Working knowledge of common forms of lease documentation, software license agreements and other typical forms of customer finance documentation.
Familiarity with operational and administrative processes such as customer invoicing, cash application, collections, end of lease management.
Familiar with Excel and word
Meticulous with great attention to details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
