Ltd. is also a policy management platform that helps users easily keep track of all their insurance policies on a single app. Since 2016, it has helped over 100,000 users manage their policies.About the roleWe are looking for an Operations & Finance Intern who thrives in a challenging, exciting and fast-paced start-up environment. He/she should be proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Someone who is independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment. Reporting directly to our Senior Operations Executive, you will play a key role in PolicyPal's Operations, Recruitment & Finance.Responsibilities: Operations

• Provide information on the types of plans the company has

• Generate Quotations for new & existing clients

• Process claims registration and processing

• Provide Support in Marketing Operations

• Manage Crisp and respond to customer service enquiries

• Process data system entry into spreadsheets

• Perform ad hoc daily administrative work

• Monthly Maintenance of SOPs

• Assist HR with hiring process

Finance

• Creating invoices for clients, suppliers and partners as needed

• Ensure invoices of monthly commission statements tally with our database

• Process data system entry into spreadsheets

• Assist on monthly bank reconciliations

• Provide Ad-hoc support on Annual Audit

Requirements:
