Roles & Responsibilities: To lead operation team at events To stock take of all equipment To order and receive stocks for events To update inventory of equipment monthly To report to the Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor any matters of concern which affects the day-to-day operations of the department. To load and unload equipment after event To ensure all equipment are cleaned and wrap To ensure all stocks and equipment are store at designated area Follow-up with ongoing catering client to adhere with their request for the events. Handle catering sales enquiries and request Respond to all sales inquiries accurately and promptly in a professional manner. Generate new corporate client list through telemarketing and/or direct sales visitations to clients and potential clients
