Roles & Responsibilities
- To lead operation team at events
- To stock take of all equipment
- To order and receive stocks for events
- To update inventory of equipment monthly
- To report to the Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor any matters of concern which affects the day-to-day operations of the department.
- To load and unload equipment after event
- To ensure all equipment are cleaned and wrap
- To ensure all stocks and equipment are store at designated area
- Follow-up with ongoing catering client to adhere with their request for the events.
- Handle catering sales enquiries and request
- Respond to all sales inquiries accurately and promptly in a professional manner.
- Generate new corporate client list through telemarketing and/or direct sales visitations to clients and potential clients
